Payment Policy

The website ljin.vn is owned and operated by LJIN JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“LJIN”). LJIN is the direct seller of the products offered on the website. The website is not an e-commerce marketplace that allows third parties to register and sell products.

1. Payment Method

For international orders, LJIN accepts PayPal as a payment method.

Customers may complete payment through the PayPal payment interface provided at checkout. Depending on the customer’s country or region, account status and transaction conditions, PayPal may make available different payment options, including payment methods linked to or supported by PayPal. The availability of any particular payment method is determined by PayPal and may vary by transaction.

Before completing payment, customers will be shown the relevant order information, including:

• Product name;
• Size, colour and quantity;
• Product price;
• Shipping fee, if applicable;
• Any additional charges, if applicable; and
• Total amount payable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information and the total amount payable before completing the transaction.

LJIN does not impose a surcharge solely because a customer chooses to pay through PayPal. Any handling or other fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law and LJIN’s policies. PayPal’s terms also restrict sellers from imposing a surcharge for accepting PayPal as a payment method.

2. Payment Confirmation

An order is considered successfully paid when LJIN receives confirmation from PayPal that the payment has been successfully completed and is available for processing.

A payment attempt, payment screenshot, email notification or other proof provided by the customer does not by itself constitute confirmation of payment if the transaction has not been confirmed through PayPal.

LJIN may not process or dispatch an order while a payment is:

• Pending;
• Declined;
• Cancelled;
• Reversed;
• Under review by PayPal; or
• Otherwise not confirmed as successfully completed.

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, LJIN may proceed with order processing in accordance with its applicable shipping and order fulfillment policies.

3. Payment Review and Transaction Verification

PayPal may review transactions that it identifies as potentially high risk. During such a review, PayPal may place a hold on the payment and notify the seller to delay shipment until the review is completed. PayPal may subsequently complete or cancel the payment. If the payment is cancelled, the funds may be returned to the buyer in accordance with PayPal’s applicable terms.

LJIN may therefore delay order processing or shipment while awaiting confirmation from PayPal.

LJIN may also verify order information where there is a reasonable indication of payment fraud, unauthorized transactions, inaccurate information or other unusual activity.

Where payment cannot be successfully verified or completed, LJIN may cancel the order in accordance with its applicable policies and PayPal’s requirements.

4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Other Charges

The amount paid to LJIN at checkout may not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges imposed by the customs authorities, carrier or other competent authority in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated by LJIN.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.

5. Payment Security

Payments are processed through PayPal’s payment system.

Customers should only complete payment through the payment interface provided by LJIN and PayPal.

Customers should never provide their PayPal password, banking password, one-time verification code, card security code or other confidential payment credentials to LJIN or any third party.

LJIN does not request customers to provide their PayPal password, banking password or one-time verification codes in order to process an order.

Customers should contact LJIN through its official contact information if they receive a suspicious payment request or communication claiming to be from LJIN.

6. Loyalty Points, Store Credit and Promotional Value

At the time this Policy is issued, ljin.vn does not operate a loyalty points, cashback or other redeemable-value program for international customers.

If LJIN introduces loyalty points, cashback, store credit, promotional codes or other forms of redeemable value in the future, LJIN will publish the applicable terms, including:

• How the points or promotional value are earned;

• Scope of application;

• Eligibility requirements;

• Conversion or redemption rate;

• Redemption limits;

• Expiration period; and

• Rights and responsibilities of LJIN and customers.

Unless otherwise stated by LJIN or required by applicable law, loyalty points, cashback, store credit or other promotional value are not redeemable for cash.

7. Applicable PayPal Terms

Payments made through PayPal are also subject to the terms, conditions, policies and procedures applicable to PayPal services, including PayPal’s User Agreement, Buyer Protection Program, Seller Protection Program and other applicable legal agreements.

Because PayPal’s terms and eligibility requirements may vary by country, transaction type and payment method and may be updated from time to time, customers should refer to PayPal’s current terms applicable to their country or region.

Nothing in this Payment Policy is intended to limit or replace any rights, protections or obligations that apply under PayPal’s applicable terms or mandatory applicable law.
